I've loved making art since my earliest memories. In kindergarten, I wanted to be a "drawinger" when I grew up. Now I sell my art on the side and do freelance graphic design, so I guess that dream came true!

I enjoy being out in nature and going on long walks. My favorite cities are Washington, D.C., St. Louis (Missouri), Boston, and Chicago. I'd love to go hiking in northern Minnesota or Alaska, and visit Ireland again.

I am also a lay member of the Order of Preachers (the Dominicans), an 800-year-old religious order established by St. Dominic. Our mission is to preach the Gospel for the salvation of souls, and to "contemplate and share the fruits of contemplation" (contemplata aliis tradere). As you can see from my photos, Dominicans are some of my favorite people to photograph.

I am also a musical theater enthusiast, and my biggest role to date was playing the Fiddler in Fiddler on the Roof in February of 2025.
